Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is passionate about simplifying processes to bring clients, designers, and contractors closer together. As Chair and Founder of Reds10, he champions innovation through technology and industrialised construction, enabling faster delivery of exceptional buildings.

Paul’s career journey reflects his belief in the opportunities the industry offers having started out as a graduate quantity surveyor who worked hard and now runs his own vertically integrated stand-out business. Driven by a vision to change construction as we know it, Paul focuses on reducing fragmentation across the sector through a fully integrated approach that includes design. Paul is committed to tackling the long-standing lack of productivity improvement over the past 50 years and delivering smarter, better ways to build.
