Phil brings 34 years of military experience to his role leading our defence sector, including leadership in the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and delivery of the award-winning Net-Zero Carbon Accommodation Programme. His passion lies in improving living conditions for service personnel, ensuring they have infrastructure that matches their commitment. At Reds10, Phil combines this mission with his enthusiasm for industrialised construction and client engagement. He continues to serve as a British Army Reservist and helps soldiers access new opportunities beyond their daily roles.
